Michael - there are a fair number of burials missing from the 'Woodmansee' book, but it's likely that he used the Postville sexton cemetery records (among other records) for burials in that cemetery. If that's true, the Reinhardt burials were either not recorded in the sexton records or somehow were missed for entry in the 'Woodmansee' book.
I obtained the original Harris Funeral Home records at the LDS Library in Salt Lake City. The funeral/burial numbers 96 thru 128 are missing from the ledger. This appears to include the latter part of 1905 & early 1906. Because J.M. Harris was the undertaker noted on Charlotte's death certificate, his Funeral Home should have recorded her burial.
Frederick's 1911 death is recorded in the Harris Funeral Home ledger, but no burial place given. His obits from the Volksblatt & from a S.D. newspaper give funeral at the Lutheran church. The obit from a Canistota twp., South Dakota paper says "remains taken to Pottsville [sic], Iowa for burial".
A son of Frederick & Charlotte's, August H.Dietrich Reinhardt's 1909 death certificate, like those of his parents, gives burial in the Postville cemetery ... but apparently no extant gravestone. He also is not listed in 'Woodmansee'. Perhaps there was never a gravestone for any of them, but it is odd that none of them appear on cemetery records.
I suggest that you contact St. Paul's Lutheran church in Postville to see if their funeral records include the Reinhardt's and give a specific burial place. The church may also be able to give you the name & contact info. of the caretaker or sexton of the Postville cemetery. I also think that you should post your query on the Allamakee co. IAGenWeb query board. Even though the cemetery is located in Clayton co., the church and Harris funeral home is/were in Allamakee county.
