Utpadel family in Clayton Co, Iowa between 1872 - 1879

Looking for marriage info on Carl Utpadel who married Marie Kruger around 1872, possibly in Clayton Co or somewhere in Iowa. Also looking for more specific birth info on their children born in Iowa.. They had children, Bertha who was born in Marquette 11/28/1872; Louis born 8/23/1876 in Iowa; Charles born 8/25/1877 in Clinton Co, Iowa (unsure if that is accurate, could have been Clayton Co); and Mary born 10/10/1879 in Clayton Co. Sometime between 1879 and 1882 they moved to Steele Co, Minnesota where they had five more children (John, Ella, Martha, Minnie, and Albert). Would also like to know how and when they came to the US or if they met in Iowa? Thank you.
