GUTTENBERG: Wedding vows were exchanged by Miss Charlotte Krogman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Krogman, and Pvt. Donald Oberbroeckling, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alphonse Oberbroeckling of New Vienna, Jan. 29, in St. Mary's Catholic church, Guttenberg, with the Rev. Louis Grunewald officiating. Miss Agnes Zimmer, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor, and Doris Oberbroeckling, sister of the groom, was bridesmaid. Best man was Eugene Oberbroeckling, brother of the groom.
The bride is a graduate of St. Mary's high school and attended Iowa State Teachers college, and has taught school the past five years. The groom is a graduate of St. Boniface school of New Vienna and was stationed at Ft. Jackson, S.C.
After a wedding trip the groom will report at Camp Stoneman, Calif., for overseas duty. The bride will resume her teaching duties at Farmersburg.
