Katschkowsky - Rugland marriage - 1955

Miss Elizabeth Rugland, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Rugland of Elkader, and Herbert Katshkowsky, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Katschkowsky, also of Elkader, were united in marriage, May 20, at the Norway Lutheran church at St. Olaf. Pastor S. J. Strandjord officiated. Mrs. Walter Rugland, sister-in-law of the bride, was matron of honor, and Valmah Gossman, friend of the groom, acted as best man.

A reception was held at the bride's home, at which Mrs. Ervin Rugland, sister-in-law of the bride, poured, and Mrs. Lawrence Lerch, sister of the groom, served the wedding cake.

The bride has been teaching in Manchester and the groom is employed in Elkader, where they will make their new home.
