Beverly A. Swain

Services for Beverly Ann Swain, 9, Atlantic, were Thursday at First United Methodist Church there. The Rev. James King and the Rev. Kirk Stump officiated with burial in the Atlantic Cemetery. Roland Funeral Home, Atlantic was in charge of arrangements.

She died Monday, November 7, 1988, at her home following a lengthy illness.

She was born July 13, 1979, in Atlantic to Dennis and Holly Swain. She was a student at Jackson Elementary School, member of Junior Girl Scouts and First Methodist Church.

Survivors include her father and three stepsisters, Jean, Elizabeth ( Liz ) and Lisa Shaffer, all of Red Oak, her mother and brother, Joseph, both of Atlantic, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Bozwell of Red Oak, Jim and Jeannette Miller of Wiota and Albert ( Abe) Swain of Mt. Etna, aunts and uncles, including Steven Swain of Cumberland.
