HAZLETON MAN, ENGINEER, DIES HAZLETON, July 17

Edward Westfall, 41, son Of Mrs. Mollie Westfall, died this afternoon in a Little Rock. Ark., hospital. The body will be returned to Hazleton for funeral and burial.

Westfall returned from Venezuela, South America, where he was a telephone engineer, last spring in ill health caused by typhoid fever. His wife died of the disease year ago in South America. He left Hazleton several weeks ago for treatment in Little Rock. Westfall was born here and educated in the Hazleton Schools.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a twin sister, Mrs. Glenn Bell of Cherokee, Iowa, two brothers, Fred of Hazleton, and T.W. Westfall of Farmersburg.
