Timothy Charles Bazis, 53, formerly of 411 South Boone Street in Boone, passed away at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa on Friday, December 16, 2011.

In accordance to Tim's wishes, his body has been cremated.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday morning, December 22 at 10:30 a.m. at the Evangelical Free Church in Boone, Iowa with Pastor Daniel Grell officiating.

Friends may call at the Evangelical Free Church on Wednesday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. with the family present during that time to greet friends. Visitation will continue on Thursday morning at the Church from 9 a.m. until the time of service.

Those wishing to express their sympathies through a memorial may direct their gift to the family for the Bazis Educational Fund.
