I found the following in the Walnut Township Cemetery Book published in the 1980s by the App. Co. Genealogical Society:

Highland Cemetery
ROW 10
JOHNSON: Margaret Smith Dec. 5, 1891-Sept. 12, 1946

ROW 11
SMITH: Rosetta G. Apr. 21, 1904-Aug.7, 1975

Jobie C. Oct. 21,1895-Jan. 3, 1959

Ia. Pvt 326 Aux RMT Dep Qmc WW I

In Schaeffer Cemetery-Walnut Township-Row 2 there were the following listings:

SMITH: Job G. d.May 29, 1873 63y19d

SMITH: Elizabeth Apr.9, 1811-Sept. 1, 1896 w/o Job

Doesn't look like either of these could be your Margaret's mother but found nothing else that came close to names or dates.
