Schaefernolte Family arriving in 1873 from Germany

A little Allamakee County family history on my wife's Schaefernolte Family & their 1873 immigration has been posted to the Allamakee co. IAGenWeb site. Please check the link below for what I have re: immigration & some family history.

Wilhelmine Schaefernolte and 5 children came to America in 1873.

I find that Allamakee County IA is very genealogical friendly and so many family members stayed in the county. It seems that the "German" stayed close. I have seen a lot of our family obituaries and articles from Mary Durr and she stated that they were from her mother's scrapbook, just wonder if she is also related to my wife's family. I would love to hear from any and all who have information on the Schaefernolte Family and their descendents.
