Enters Marines
Miss Carolyn "Sally' Williams, daughter of Floyd J. Williams and the late Mrs. Mable Williams of 416 West Fifth street, Davenport, has been sworn into the United States Marine Corps Women's Reserve.
She will leave for boot training on Jan. 26, and will be stationed at Camp Le Jeune, New River, N.C. Miss Williams was formerly employed at the Hill Dry Goods Co.
