Virginia Irene “Ginger/Lucky” Weikert Theunick was born July 24, 1923 to Anthony Leo and Eleanor May Bruce Weikert. She died July 12, 2020 and is buried in Osceola Township Cemetery, Evart, MI.
Virginia served with the U.S. Navy WAVES in World War II. She served for two years in Indian Head, Maryland as a munitions expert building bombs. She was married to Wallace Bernard “Bud” Theunick. Bud also served with the U.S. Navy in World War II.
