Among the Davenport girls sworn into the Air WACS recently is Miss Ruby Squires, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Squires of Volga, Ia. She has been employed at the Rock Island arsenal since coming to Davenport about a year ago.
Miss Squires is awaiting orders, expecting to be sent either to Fort Des Moines or to Fort Oglethorpe, Ga.
