Luella Busse Smith was born Jan. 27, 1915 to Ralph Perry and Adeline L. Busse Smith. She died Dec. 17, 2013 and is buried in Houston National Cemetery, Houston, TX.

Luella was married to William Keith Jones who was a Lt. Colonel with the U.S. Army in World War II.
