Lorna Mae Sharp Roehlk was born Nov. 27, 1921 to Fern Eugene and Jessie Augusta Sharp. She died Nov. 24, 2009 and is buried in Elkader Cemetery, Elkader, IA.
Lorna served in World War II with the U.S. Navy WAVES Chief of Naval Operations, Naval Communications Annex, Washington, D.C. She was married to Robert John Roehlk who served in World War II as a 1st Lt. in the U.S. Army.
