Second Lt. Frances E. Selzer, daughter of Mr and Mrs. Frank J. Selzer, 859 Logan avenue, was transferred last week from Atlantic City, N.J. to the New Orleans, La., army air base. Lieutenant Selzer is a dietitian in the army nurses' corps. She entered service last February, before which she had been staff dietitian in the Philadelphia General Hospital.
