Doris Edna Rice Campbell was born Oct. 20, 1925 to Raymond R. and Vida Ellen Thomson Rice. She died July 30, 1999 and is buried in Johnson County Chapel and Memorial Gardens, Overland Park, KS.
Lt. Rice served in World War II with the U.S. Army. She was married to Howard Lee Campbell on April 18, 1951. Howard also served in World War II with the U.S. Army.
