Wetona Leona “Toni” Rauch Bishop Mullenix was born Apr. 27, 1923 and was raised by her adoptive parents, Edward and Nellie Adams Rauch. She died July 21, 2018 and is buried in Davenport Memorial Park, Davenport, IA.
Toni served in World War II with the U.S. Navy WAVES. She was married to Earl V. Bishop and later to Oris Ray Mullenix.
