Lt. Imogene M. Prose

 

Lt. Imogene Prose, army nurse corps, has arrived in England, according to word to her father, Harry B. Prose, 1723 West Ninth street, Davenport.

She received her training at St. Anthony's hospital in Rock Island where she was graduated in September 1943 and served at Wesley Memorial hospital in Chicago and the Central Clinic in Davenport.

She has been in the army nurse corps since July, 1944.

In the Armed Services

Wounded American soldiers of the U.S. army 19th General hospital awaiting evacuation to the United States are being given skilled nursing care by Second Lt. Imogene M. Prose of the Army Nursing Corps, and daughter of Harry Prose of 1723 West Ninth street.

Lt. Prose received her nurses training at St. Anthony's hospital, Rock Island, Ill. Prior to being commissioned in the Army Nurses Corps in July, 1944, she was a general duty nurse at the Central Clinic.
