Mary Dawn O’Brien, a second lieutenant in an Army nurse corps stationed at William Beaumont General Hospital in El Paso, Tex., has been advanced to the rank of first lieutenant. She has been in the service since January 12, 1943. A graduate of St. Joseph’s college of nursing, she also took training in surgical nursing and later became a supervisor. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. O’Brien, 308 Follis apartments.

Mary D. O’Brien, daughter of Mrs. James O’Brien, 308 Follis apartments, has been promoted to the rank of first lieutenant. She is now stationed at William Beaumont general hospital, El Paso, Tex. Lt. O’Brien entered service on January 2, 1943.
