WED IN SEATTLE, WASH.
Miss Madlyn Mickelson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T.C. Mickelson of Humboldt, Ia., and Lt (j.g.) William J. Swearingen, son of Mrs. G.H. Swearingen of Sac City, Ia., were married Mar. 31 at the Episcopal church at Seattle, Wash.
Mrs. Swearingen is a member of the WAVES and is stationed at Seattle. Lieutenant Swearingen recently returned from the South Pacific area, where he was a member of the navy air corps.
Both he and his bride attended Drake university in Des Moines. They have been visiting in Humboldt with the bride's parents.
