Carol M. Moore, Wanda M. McElmurray and Frances D. Barr, all Sioux Cityans, are among 38 women comprising the first unit of Wacs to be recruited in Iowa during the drive which began last month and closes December 7. The unit will be sworn in at 9:30 a.m. today in the governor's office at Des Moines.
