Flora Magdalene Koepke Ralston was born Jan. 11, 1914 to Herman Conrad and Martha Louise Wiegner Koepke. She died Feb. 15, 1995 and is buried in Sunset Hills Memorial Park, Bellevue, WA.
Flora served in World War II with the U.S. Navy WAVES. She was married to LeRoy G. Ralston.
