DOCTOR KILLED
New Hampton -- Mr. and Mrs. John J. Burke, New Hampton, have been informed that their son-in-law, Lt. Charles Kelly had been killed inaction in France Aug. 8. Lt Kelly was a physician. His wife, Lt. Marcella Kelly is a nurse stationed in England.

New Hampton -- Mr. and Mrs. John Burke, who live on a farm east of here, have been advised that two of their daughters have received promotions in rank. A navy nurse, Mary L. Burke was advanced to Lieut. (jg) and Mrs. Marcella Burke Kelly, an army nurse was advanced to a first lieutenant.
