Mary Katherine Hubbard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Hubbard, 2745 Virginia Street, was assigned to the naval hospital at Great Lakes, Illinois, upon her completion of a course of indoctrination at Hunter College, New York City. Miss Hubbard is an enlistee in the Waves. She is a Central High School graduate and attended Iowa State Teachers College. Prior to her enlistment she was a teacher.
