Ruby Ann Hawk Droll was born Jan. 1, 1911 to Clarence R. and Eva P. Frymoyer Hawk. She died Dec. 22, 2004 and is buried in Saint Stanislaus Cemetery, Iowa City, IA.
Ruby served in World War II with the U.S. Navy as an officer at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Bethesda, MD. She was married to Albert F. Droll.
