Hazel Amanda Gipp Raff Foeller was born Sept. 24, 1909 to Herman August and Johannah Marie Hoth Gipp. She died Jan. 6, 1984 and is buried in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
Petty Officer Gipp served in World War II with the U.S. Navy WAVES. She was married to Harry B. Raff (divorced) and later married John C. “Jack” Foeller.
