Evelyn Elizabeth Bailey MacLagger was born Oct. 23, 1920 to Walter J. and Sophia H. Krieger Bailey. She died Jan. 14, 1998 and is buried in Saint Peters Cemetery, Utica, NY.
Lt. Bailey served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps as a nurse with the 211th Base Unit, Sioux Falls, SD. She was married to Robert C. MacLagger. Robert also served in World War II.
