Sioux Cityans Hear Sons in Service Safe
From a naval ship “somewhere in the Pacific” today came a letter to Mr. and Mrs. Clyde D. Wyant, 2912 S. Olive Street, that their son Paul Kenneth was “safe and well.”
It is the first letter from Paul to his parents since October 31. A former pupil at East High School, he has been in the navy more than a year.
From another son, Clyde Cecil Wyant, with the army in Alaska, came another letter February 11 saying that “all is well.” Clyde enlisted 17 months ago.
