Wendell Lloyd Woodard was born Sept. 20, 1919 to Lloyd F. and Della Henderson Woodard. He died Apr. 1, 1997 and is buried in Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA.
Radioman Woodard served in the U.S. Navy in World War II aboard the submarines, USS Sturgeon; USS Sperry and USS Hennepin.
