Elmer A. Wolfgram was born Dec. 10, 1919 to Henry and Hulda Morsch Wolfgram. He died Nov. 29, 1944 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Fredericksburg, IA.
Sgt. Wolfgram served in World War II with the U.S. Army 526th Ordnance Heavy Machine Co. (Tanks) and died in Belgium in the service of his country.
