Richard Derious Wise was born Dec. 9, 1921 to Robert and Viola Mogensen Wise. He died Feb. 14, 1945 and is buried in Keokuk National Cemetery, Keokuk, IA.
Pvt. Wise served in World War II with the U.S. Army Co. A, 4th Platoon and died Germany in the service of his country.
