Wendell Eugene Wilson was born Mar. 15, 1918 to Roy Edward and Roberta W. Castor Wilson. He died Nov. 10, 1942 and is buried in Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington, IA.
Ensign Wilson served with the U.S. Navy in World War II and died when the bomber he was piloting crashed near Pensacola, FL.
