Boyd Merle Wilson was born May 8, 1925 to Clyde Leroy and Mabel Agnes Calure Wilson. He died Mar. 1, 1945 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium.
Pvt. Wilson served in World War II with the U.S. Army 550th Airborne Infantry Battalion was MIA. He became a POW and died in a German war camp as a result of tuberculosis of the lungs and aerofibrinous pleuritis of the right side. He was awarded the Bronze Star.
