Charles Oakley Wilburn was born July 16, 1919 to William J. and Flora Belle Thomas Wilburn. He died Jan. 1945 and is buried in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Lemay, MO.
Sgt. Wilburn served in World War II with the U.S. Army 11th Air Cargo Resupply Squadron and was KIA on Luzon Island, Philippine Islands.
