William Frank Whitlow was born Oct. 24, 1920 to Archie and Caroline Bailey Whitlow. He died June 5, 1999 and is buried in West Branch Cemetery, West Branch, IA.
Petty Officer Whitlow served with the U.S. Navy in World War II. He also served in Korea.
