Harold Everett Wenger was born Feb. 14, 1923 to Ray A. and Ada Marie Fisher Wenger. He died Apr. 28, 1945 and is buried in Florence American Cemetery and Memorial, Florence, Italy/Brooklyn Memorial Cemetery, Brooklyn, IA.
Sgt. Wenger served in World War II with the U.S. Army 752nd Tank Battalion and was KIA in the service of his country in the Mediterranean area. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
