IN UNIFORM
S. Sgt. W.B. Walters, 4110 Glenn Avenue, has received his discharge from the army at the Sioux City Air Base. Sgt. Walters was with the 15th Air Force in Italy. He flew 27 combat missions and received the Air Medal with and Oak Leaf Cluster and Five Battle Stars. His wife, the former Celia Louise Fordyce, is teaching in the Arthur High School, Arthur, Iowa.
