Pvt. Michael M. Stern, Sioux City;
Sergt. John W. Wagner, Council Bluffs;
Staff Sergeant Sam L. Willoughby, Cumberland;
Pvt. (f.c.) Francis X. Zembsch, Cherokee.

John William Wagner was born Nov. 21, 1917 to John Frederick and Carrie Edna Kimmel Wagner. He died Dec. 11, 1958 and is buried in Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Council Bluffs, IA.
