Perry D. Venard was born May 11, 1925 to Claude B. and Hallie Opal “Opal” Johnson Venard. He died Jan. 17, 1944 and is buried in Mallory Cemetery, Toolesboro, IA.
Pvt. Venard served in World War II with the U.S. Army and died while in the service of his country at Camp Roberts, CA. His death was due to a truck accident while on maneuvers.
