Donald Thomas Wiley “Don” Utter was born Feb. 26, 1922 to Thomas Gail “Gail" and Eva Lavona Adams Utter. He died Jan. 11, 2018 and is buried in Graceland Cemetery, Webster City, IA.
Donald served in World War II with the U.S. Army 104th Infantry in the European Theater of Operations.
