Francis Marion Tuttle was born Dec. 23, 1909 to William Jennings and Ollie Belle Moncrief Tuttle. He died July 13, 1944 and is buried in Woods Cemetery, Wayne Co., IA.
Sgt. Tuttle served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 603rd Bomb Squadron and was KIA on a mission to Munich, Germany.
