Harold Franklin Tullis was born July 21, 1918 to William A. and Hazel E. Wilhelm Tullis. He died June 6, 1944 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, Normandy American Cemetery, Colleville-sur-Mer, France.
Pvt. Tullis served in World War II with the U.S. Army 149th Engineer Combat Battalion and was MIA/KIA in France and was awarded the Purple Heart.
