John Mackey ‘Jack’ Thorpe was born June 10, 1910 to Uriah Blake and Lenore H. Tallman Thorpe. He died Dec. 9, 1968 and is buried in the Santa Barbara Cemetery, Santa Barbara, CA.
Private Thorpe served with the U.S. Army 133rd Infantry, 34th Division in World War II.
