Ivan Luverne Thompson was born May 22, 1907 to George T. and Mary M. Reeves Thompson. He died Nov. 30, 1944 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium.
Pvt. Thompson served in World War II with the 121st Infantry Regiment, 8th Infantry Division and was KIA in Germany and awarded the Purple Heart.
