Harry Samuel Thomas was born May 22, 1916 and adopted by Sam and Louise Thomas. He died Oct. 25, 1944 and is buried in the U.S. Military Cemetery, Pietramala, Italy and has a cenotaph in Mount Hope Cemetery, Maquoketa, IA.
Pvt. Thomas served in World War II with the U.S. Army Co. A and was KIA in Italy.
