IN UNIFORM
Sgt. Clifton M. Temple, whose wife, Agnes lives at 1120 Grandview boulevard, has been awarded the Purple Heart for wounds suffered in action against the enemy. Temple, a high speed radio operator, has recovered fully from his wounds and participated in the battle for Okinawa. Prior to entering the Army he was employed by Snyder and Johnson, Humboldt, Iowa.
