26 FROM IOWA LOST IN ACTION
WASHINGTON, D. C. (AP)—The War Department Saturday listed 26 Iowa soldiers as missing in action in the European and Mediterranean theaters. They were:

LeRoy Frank Teeters was born Aug. 21, 1918 to John Lee and Mary (Mae) Teeters. He died June 15, 1963 and is buried in Memory Cemetery, Page County, IA.
Sgt. Teeters served in World War II with the U.S. Army 133rd Infantry and was awarded the Bronze Star.
