Kingsley, Iowa—Private C. Victor Taylor returned to Sherman, Texas after spending a furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.G. Taylor of Kingsley. He has three brothers in the armed forces, Private Lloyd Taylor, at the air base at St. Petersburg, Florida; Corporal Edward Taylor, Bainbridge, Georgia and Private Charles E. Taylor, the first draftee from Kingsley on March 11, 1941, who is now in New Guinea.

Edward Grant Taylor was born Mar. 27, 1910 to Clarence Grant and Elizabeth Ann Lancaster Taylor. He died Sept. 23, 1963 and is buried in Good Hope Cemetery, Pierson, IA.
