Ralph Donald Searl was born Oct. 8, 1922 to Caleb and Dora Gertrude Searl. He died Apr. 26, 1943 and is buried in Brethren Cemetery, Panora, IA.
Lt. Searl served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 303rd Fighter Squadron and died of injuries sustained in an airplane accident near Sarasota, FL while serving his country.
