Harvey Evan Stroud was born Dec. 14, 1907 to Tilden Pearl and Nellie C. Finch Stroud. He died Jan. 3, 2001 and is buried in the Wallace Cemetery, Wick, IA.
Harvey served with the 69th Naval Construction Battalion with the U.S. Navy in World War II.
